What it costs

Within the UK, nothing. The price on the product is the price you pay — postage to any UK address is included, whether you’re buying one pack of sleeves or a decorated binder.

Outside the UK, £12.99. It’s shown at checkout as soon as you choose your country, before you pay, and it doesn’t change with the size of your order.

How long it takes

It depends on whether we’re making something for you.

Plain binders, deck boxes and accessories

These are stock items and go out as soon as we’ve packed them.

Anything engraved, UV printed or foiled

These are made to order, one at a time, after you’ve paid. That takes longer than picking something off a shelf. If your order has both a decorated item and plain stock in it, it all travels together once the decorated part is finished.

If you need something by a particular date, email us before you order and we’ll tell you honestly whether it’s possible.

Where we send

Anywhere. We post across the UK free of charge, and worldwide at the rate above — pick your country at checkout and it's priced before you pay.

Customs charges, import duty and local taxes are the buyer’s to pay where they apply. We can’t know what your country will charge, and it isn’t included in what you pay us.

If it doesn’t arrive

Tell us. Email info@buildabinder.co.uk with your order number — it’s on your confirmation email and starts BAB — and we’ll chase it. Until it’s in your hands it’s our problem, not yours: a parcel that goes missing in the post is for us to sort out with the carrier, not for you to claim against.

If it turns up damaged, keep the packaging and send us a photo. The returns page covers what happens next.

Getting the address right

We post to the delivery address you enter at checkout, exactly as you enter it. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away — if it hasn’t gone out yet we’ll change it, and if it has we’ll do what we can.
